More About Coach Francisco
I have experience working with recreational and youth travel programs, serving participants from U9 to U13. Currently, I serve as a Head Coach within the Maryland Bobcats Youth Academy organization. I am a certified grassroots coach and am actively pursuing my USSF D license.
I competed at the collegiate level for three years, during which I contributed to the team's goals and received multiple All-American honors. Upon completing my collegiate career, I had the opportunity to secure a professional contract with the Maryland Bobcats.
Players will participate in high-intensity drills designed to evaluate and improve their fitness levels. They will experience a professional training environment and will have the opportunity to assess and enhance their technical skills through game-like situations. I am to promote discipline and develop valuable life skills that extend beyond the sport.
