I will perform a movement assessment to see what type of mobility you have, from there we will work on correcting any mobility issues and start developing the correct movement patterns for proper Olympic lifting technique. Using a top down approach, I will help you develop technique nessesary for safe and efficient training that will make you a better athlete. With online clients, I will review video you submit and provide a complete video analysis with audio feedback and visual cues. From there I will provide appropriate mobility exercises to help facilitate correct movement patterns and programming to improve lifts.
