Warm up: with a ball, working on getting as many touches as possible on the ball.
Technical: improve the players technique. Working through multiple small drills that encourages the player to keep the ball close and in control. New skill move introduced every session.
Tactical: Turns, first touch, answering why and when we turn, pass, shoot, dribbling.
Agility: working through agility drills! That improves balance, turning, and 1v1 success.

Coach Fernando was able to work with us on a convenient schedule & location for 3 of our kids this summer (boys and girl). After the 1st session, kids all agreed that they like him, and wanted more training. At our league's practice, our kids get the group and team training, but rarely one-on-one personalized advice. Coach Fernando was able to help us identify each child's strength and weakness, and exercises to help work on self-improvement. He gets along great with kids and my kids look forward to the sessions.
