Coached youth soccer when I was in High School from 2006-2009. Coached ages 8-15. Conducted private training sessions with upcoming 9th graders when I was in 12th grade. We focused on improving tactical mindset and understanding the game tactically. Currently JV Girls Soccer Coach at Patterson Mill HS and Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Avon Grove Charter School.

Played in Germany for 10 years. From age 15-18 I played with 1899 Hoffenheim where we made the 2nd Bundesliga. Went to college at United States Naval Academy and was a 4 year starter. Have played every position. With 1899 Hoffenheim I was a center back in a 4-4-2 and 3-5-2 system. At the Naval Academy played center midfielder in a 4-4-2, 4-3-3 and 4-5-1 system.

Ball Control and dribbling drills, using cones we would focus on close touches and different parts of the foot you can use to control the ball. Defense tactics, we will focus on where to position yourself tactically and the proper technique to tackle. Passing Lanes, we will focus on how to recognize passing lanes and how to create them yourself. Shooting Techniques, we will focus on different kinds of finishing and when to use each type. Free Kick Techniques, we will focus on how to properly hit the ball and how to make the ball do what you want, ie curve or dip.
