I helped coached high school and middle school volleyball for at least 3 years at the McNichol Middle School and the Hallandale High School. I worked with athletes ages 12 to 18.

I played volleyball since I was 10, from that point on I have been captain of the teams that I would join because of my skills for leadership. I receive a leadership award for my years in High School.

A typical session with me would be mostly fun, never to harsh. I would start of with simple bumping drills, service overhand , and also spiking. All of that won't be all at once, but until they get it right we will move on to the next task. I am very patient so therefore that one be a problem. If I were to work with an athlete, I would start out with running drills, then stretching because the body needs movement and excitement to do this type of sport.
