More About Coach Ethan
I have played soccer for 23 years, starting in youth soccer then making my way to travel soccer. Made ODP FL State team and went to St. John's University to play Division 1 soccer there until I got Compartments syndrome which ended my career. I have been coaching for 9 years. I am nationally licensed and am working on my next license.
My personal Sessions would focus on some conditioning, ball control, dribbling, strength on and off the ball, and all other fundamentals for that current age.
I played defense in college with the opportunity of being an outside back letting me show my speed and running up the line and sending balls in. I was also used to man mark fast opponents growing up because i could keep up with them .
Session plans are created based off age and specificity of what the player would like to work on. Fast feet are almost always a must and that is usually incorporated into each of my sessions.
