worked with ages between 7-32. Amateur, collegiate, professional. Have trained Club teams, high school teams, summer baseball leagues, and was a head coach for an AAU track team in West Texas. Athletic training has been my career since 2012 working with teams and clubs such as FCA/GPS soccer, Hagerty high school, Oviedo high school, Timber Creek, and Olympia high school, and Winter Park Tennis Center.

USA Track & Field Team Member 100m sprinter (2004-2009), Hall of Fame Inductee at Appalachian State University (2013), 2 x NCAA 100m All American, Competed in 35 Countries. 55m sprint ASU record: 6.16 secs, 60m - 6.61, 100m - 9.98(wind-aided), Olympic qualifier in 2004,2008,2016.

Our sessions are never generic. We do our warm- up jogging, with dynamic plyometric and stretching, After the warm up period we go into our speed, explosive and agility training.
