More About Coach Ernesto

I have been coaching for a long time. I’ve taught small children, to teenagers & even elders ranging from 50-65yo. All worked hard, burnt max calories, & got in great shape!

Being a 4x National Champion, 3x Florida State Champion, and a 2016 Olympic Alternate. I feel like I can offer great one on one training to teach you to fight, get you fit, or anything else you have in mind! Boxing for 12+ years has made me an overall, all-around amazing athlete and I can get YOU in the right shape!

Typical session will start with HARDWORK and end with HARDWORK. Focused on whatever the client wishes to improve on. Every athlete is different, the intensity for everyone will be different but the goal will always be met!

Fundamentals, pad work, drills, speed drills, agility drills, & more will be done!
