I have coached UCLA camps every summer with players aged 6-22. I have trained with coaches from all around the world. Trained with strength coaches, tactical coaches, etc. at every level.

I played soccer at UCLA for 4 years before signing my first professional contract with the Las Vegas Lights (LAFC 2). I played one season with LVL and have retired this year. I also had the opportunity during my college offseason to train with a couple teams in Europe so was able to get the experience out there.

A variety of drills, patterns, movements... Typically we will warm up well, get into a technical exercise, and then break out into a game or some sort of competition. The training will be based on what you need to get better at or what you want to work on. Tons of different drills that focus on each aspect of the game.
