a) 15-30 minute stretching and conditioning
b) 15-30 minutes of approaches and line-ups (possibly side-work)
c) 30-60 minutes working on diving progressions in a particular direction each day
i) front, back, reverse, inward, twist
ii) for example, day-1, 1-meter: 101c, 102c, 103c, 104c, 105c, 106c, 107c (you're a beast)
iii) day-2, 3-meter: 201b, 202b, 203b, 204b, 205b, 206b, 207b (if you dare)

Client Reviews

Coach Eric is a fantastic diving coach!! He has many years of experience, and it really shows. He works very well with kids, and had my daughter engaged and relaxed right away. He is very patient and gives detailed critique after every dive. Our session with Eric was incredibly valuable. We learned so much from his instruction both in the water and dry land. He is very precise in his explanation of what he would like the diver to try. We will definitely be working with Eric again in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend him without any reservations to other divers. We are so grateful that we found him!!! Margaret S.

Coach Eric is fantastic! He understands how to develop young divers. We have done both dry training as well as in-pool training.
