More About Coach Enzo
Personal trainer of players of any age. I have been training/coaching for the past 4 years. I was an assistant coach for a U12 girls club team.
I played academy soccer ( Barca Academy and Sporting KC Academy) for 3 years in high school. Moved to Peru to play professional for a season. Then, played D1 soccer for 3 years at the University of Kentucky. Won two conference championships, was ranked #1 in NCAA, was named in the All-Conference Freshman Team as well as All-Conference 1st Team. Made Sportscenter Top 10 plays. Currently, in my first year of playing professional soccer at Sporting KC II.
Begin with a proper warm-up. Then, I like to focus on a lot of technical work. This means working on a lot of mastery with the ball and 1-2 touch playing. I would use drills that would help the player grow in their position. I also like to make the session competitive, therefore the players are having fun and are motivated.
