More About Coach Enzo

After completing my college degree. I have decided to follow my dream and continue to dedicate my life to the sport I love, Soccer. More importantly I want to share my love and passion for soccer with others and guide them in their athletic and personal journeys.

I have coached recreation, premier, and travel. I have had very diverse coaching experiences, which has only benefited my development. I have coached for Super Soccer Stars, Manhattan Kickers, and The New York Red Bulls, where I currently work. The ages I have work with are between 8-16, both boys and girls.

I am continuing to further my education through the United States Soccer Federation. I have completed my USSF F, USSF Grassroots, and USSF D. I will take my USSF C course in the coming year. Outside of the USSF, I have received a Futsal coaching course from FC Barcelona Futsal's technical director.

I played collegiate soccer for four years as a deep lying midfielder, and ended my career with five goals and 12 assists. I received a 3rd team Necc selection in my final year.

My session will be based solely on my player. Such as personality, how does he or she learn best? I want to develop a soccer player not, not a machine to dribble through cones. This means a player must think and challenge all aspects of the game. If you you cant understand why to do something, then you miss the personal growth. I will highlight both my players weakness and strengthens and involve them in the process of development. I believe the most successful soccer practice you can have is to emulate a soccer game. This is a strong principle of my training.

Client Reviews

Enzo, Many thanks for a great Fall season! We feel privileged with you as our trainer, and both Luis, his parents and his little brother Lorenzo very much appreciated your coaching, positivism and competitive spirit. Today's first half was wonderful to watch, and I understand that finishing as number two means that we will play one division higher in the spring season. Hopefully that will end situations like the second half today in which the mandatory mercy rule just confused our players and it became a bit silly. As you know, Luis has been practicing with the North team on Fridays, given his conflict on Mondays, and last Friday he and Elena arrived at Gaynor on time for the 6pm practice, only to find out it had been changed to 4pm. We were obviously not aware of the time change, I'm sure because we are not part of the North team group email. Luis was asked to play with the North team yesterday, and so at the game I told Chase about it and he mentioned that you had led the practice on Friday (hence this heads up). Luis was thrilled to play twice this weekend, and the team manager of North asked us tonight if Luis can play again next weekend, which is great since there is no West game. The North team has suffered some injuries in recent weeks. Have a great week, and I am hoping you will coach us during the Futsal season as well! Best, thanks again Marc
Hey Enzo First of all, thanks so much for a great fall season..I know all the parents and kids very much appreciate you, and how you taught/coached our kids.. Selfishly speaking, I wanted to let you know how much you did for Noah... He was an emotional/nervous kid coming in wanting so badly to play well, and not disappoint... You helped him with his confidence, supported him, and taught him the right way to play... For that, I am very grateful... I can only hope he continues with the sport, but has the support of a coach like you... Best Gary
