Emmanuel Kongnyuy

I am a member of the Arlington and Ontario soccer association. I hold a heads up certification in soccer coaching, hold a diploma with the United soccer coaches on get ahead safely on soccer, Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders and a series of courses in a series on process. I have a 20 years experience as a soccer player and I and have been coaching for 6 years in Africa and particularly in Cameroon, Benin and Congo where I have exhibited a great success in different age groups in coaching as head coach team manager in schools, university of Douala and in Milano football school where I was a formal player. At the moment I am the head coach of Crystal city K1 as a volunteer coach. I also participate in coaching adults in Manassas every Saturday in a newly created soccer club called Global FC . Though I started coaching informally without prior education, my experience as a player who has passed through good coaches has helped and given me a great sense of direction in this profession. I love coaching and this motivation has made me achieve a lot of success in any tournament where I participated .I am competent in coaching all levels in soccer and given the opportunity to acquire adequate knowledge I will always remain at the top .

I have participated in top level completions in Africa , at the university games coaching for the university of Douala while I was a student, son the trophy in two occasions . My recognition as a successful coach led me to different countries to select players for Milano FC that played for division 2 in the national league in Cameroon.

I plan my session and drill depending on age groups and the strength of the competition. I emphasize much on accurate passes, dribs, defence tactics , orientations, kicks, building a greater team spirit of good conduct, discipline and respect for each other. An enjoyable atmosphere for fair play eliminating any chances of bullying, harassement, harnase, and discrimination . Building a good team for victory .
