More About Coach Emily

I started playing softball at the age of 9 where I went right into fastpitch. I grew up playing on different select teams like The Firecrackers, Sudden Impact, Hawks, The Bombers, Lady Stro'sa and Ace's Express. I have coached softball players aged 16 and under and also served as an assistant coach for the Strikeforce team.

One of my biggest athletic highlights was when I received "all district catcher" award my senior year of High School. Upon graduating, I was offered a scholarship to Alvin Community College in Alvin, Texas as a Catcher, Utility player, and switch hitter.

I offer catching, infield, outfield, hitting and conditioning. As a former player I know how imperative stretching is for an athlete and how it can not only improve your performance but also prevent the possibility of injuries. Every session will start off with a "warm-up" that consists of a running exercise and an intense stretching that will take the first 15 min. The rest of the session will depend on what the player would like to focus on.
