A NASM certified personal trainer & 500-hr certified yoga teacher with over three years of experience coaching beginners the foundations of fitness. Many clients are corporate employees looking to add manageable healthy habits into their routine. Clients are typically between the ages of 30 to 60 years old.

Fitness has always remained a personal hobby. Growing up as a runner, I competed in running races (trail run, road run, obstacle course) ranging in distance from 3 miles to 30 miles, 100-mile bicycle rids, and open-water swims. These experiences have taught me how to manage pushing beyond my mental and physical limits, the importance of fueling and properly caring for the body, as well as specific parts of the body that are valuable to strengthen and stretch. I finished top 10% in the Gasparilla 5k, 8k, 15k, 13mile road races, top 3 female in DTR trail running races, and completed 30 mile Ultra Spartan OCR competition.

The first session will include a fitness assessment to address your health goals and intention for the training as well as your current postural assessment. This will give a clearer plan as to what areas of the body to stretch, strengthen, and add stability. A typical session will include a cardio warm-up, stretching muscles, specific exercises based off your body's needs, a cool down, and light stretching. Exercise modifications will be available if needed. Example exercises: body-weight circuit of squats, lunges, plank.
