More About Coach Eliza

I am an AIBA Certified Olympic boxing coach, and current USA boxing coach and the head coach of the International Beautiful Brawlers boxing team. In 19 years, I have trained all levels of boxers, from beginners to professionals; all ages, from youth to masters; and all genders.

I became a professional boxer in the year 2000, fighting world-wide and earned the WBC and IBA World Championship titles in 2005. I did not have an official amateur career, but I grew up around the sport. My grandfather, Carl 'Bobo' Olson, was also a world champion.

Sessions are typically an hour long. Everything is based on the individual level of the client, however, I always develop fundamental boxing skills to make sure the foundation is strong. Depending on the specific goals of the client (whether they want to eventually spar and/or compete versus just cross-train and condition), I teach how to throw punches and move in the ring, working both offense and defensive skills. My clients always walk away feeling strong, powerful, confident and accomplished after each session.
