A typical session with me will be player specific based on the individual’s skill level. I have experience coaching all skill levels ranging from elementary school beginners to advanced collegiate players. I strive to create a challenging and enjoyable learning environment where student-athletes are mentored on the important life skills of time management, teamwork, and competition. During the first session you can expect a variety of drills that are focused around stick skills, passing, receiving, and shooting. During and after this session, I will evaluate the athlete’s performance and plan accordingly for our future sessions. Each session will be different and challenging, but enjoyable for the athlete!
