Elijah Britton earned his B.S in Business Management from Clemson University. He ran Varsity Track & Field as a student-athlete. He received All ACC & All American honors in the 110 meter hurdles as well as the 200-meter dash. He is also a signed and published Sports Lifestyle model. Having modeled for brands such as Underarmor, Asics, and Nike. He specials in strength conditioning training, endurance, speed HIIT training and improved flexibility. Elijah is NCEP and CPR certified. He currently is pursuing his masters in Business marketing. As a prior college student-athlete Elijah brings motivation and special attention to details to all of his trainings and clients. Elijah having prior collegiate experience knows what it takes to get results. Elijah is a great fit for anyone looking to improve their health and make healthier life style changes. In his free time he trys to prepare future collegiate student-athletes for the next level both physically and academically.

I competed as an Collegiate athlete at Clemson University where I was dual athlete in Track and field and Football. While I was at Clemson Univeristy I became a All American in 110 Hurdles and in the 200m dash. I also competed in thre Jr olympics. I currently work for a Sports Modeling agency Iv been blessed to work with brands like Lululemon, Nike, Adidas and Asics.

1. Strech and warm up get the body warm and ready to work
2. Then we would get into an active warm up with isolation muscle development or as my coach from college would say butt building.
3. After we would get into Plyometrics and othet explosive drills that are taylored to your sport.
4. Next is happy core happy life so core develpment.
4.Then cool down, Strech and discussion.
