The current holder of U.S. Soccer's Grassroots (U11-U19) 11vs11 and 9vs9 coaching licenses, knowledge of U.S. Soccer's introduction to safe and healthy playing environments. Private one-on-one training experience with teenagers and adults for 3 years.

Former captain of the youth team of FC “Mordovia” from Saransk, Republic of Mordovia, Russia (2002-2012). As for being 6’3” tall - I am a defensive type of player that feels most comfortable in the center of the field. The position that I played the most is a center-back. I'm also experienced in being a defensive or central midfielder and playing on the wing on either side of the field. I am always looking to create chances on the opponent’s side by finding the destination with the precise passing technique that I practice and implement in my training sessions. Being able to jump high and physically strong was always one of my advantages for creating more chances in the attack. I collaborated with many professional coaches and physical trainers in Russia and the U.S. to improve my skills.

45 to 90 minutes sessions, plus warm-up and stretching. As a personal trainer, I focus on the training session to be efficient, fun, and game-like. I can develop an individual plan and organize training sessions that focus on physical, mental, technical, and tactical abilities based on where the player needs to focus the most at the moment. My workouts and drills are player-centered and are keeping the main focus at:
-passing
-stopping the ball
-shooting
-free kicks
-headers
-long balls
-developing a higher jump
-developing faster sprint speed
-developing the ability to make quick decisions with the ball.
