Warm up can consist of many things: speed ladders, jump rope, Core work (push ups & sit ups), stretches and agility, lay up drill, etc.

1st 20 or 30 minutes always work on: Ball handling, shooting (freethrows & shots), Defense

2nd 30 or 40 minutes work on: The clients specific long term goals or goal for that session. For example if the athlete wants to be a better shooter we would work on specific shooting drills. Shooting off the catch, shooting off of one or two dribbles, shooting from curl, and shooting from the fade. Here we killed "4 birds with 1 stone"! Even though its just a shooting drill, ball handling, 4 different shot situations, footwork, and coordination was taught. The conditioning is a plus as well! Always have in mind that when we train specific skills you also are training other skills as well! Each training session and program is tailored to the athletes health, current skill level, skill level goals, and position.

Exactly what I was looking for! I’ve got some ball-handling drills I can work on now! Thanks, Earnie! Let me know if you ever start running a camp for adults ;)

Coach Earnie was super energetic, positive, great at correcting footwork and fundamental issues, and gave me a solid session of improvement. I couldn't believe it had already been an hour! Will definitely train with her again.

Coach Earnie was great! She is very enthusiastic, outgoing and talkative and my kids, a 13 and 10 year old, both immediately were engaged. Coach seemed to focus on the athletic performance and subtle moves of certain basketball steps, like drives and dribbling, which led to a good hard work out. The kids would definitely like working with her again.

Earnesia is extremely encouraging and really knows her how to teach the basics. We are excited to continue working with her.

Coach Earnesia has a great coaching style. My daughter learned a lot in just one session. Well worth the drive from Lake Travis area. Can't wait to book more sessions

Best,
FLJ

Coach Earnie was great with our 7th grade daughter. Coach Earnie did a great job of evaluating our daughter's skills In just one hour she helped her improve a couple of problem areas. Coach Earnie is funny, enthusiastic and very motivating. We look forward to working with her again.

My daughter learned a lot, worked hard, and had a great time with Coach Earnie. She is looking forward to more sessions.

Coach E, wow! A great Coach! When I walked in the gym she was ready to work. She had my doing things I've never done before, and it was only my first session! I've work with many coaches before and I have to say she's one of the best, I've ever been coached by. Thanks Coach E

Coach E! Is amazing! I would highly recommend her!

My daughter had only played basketball for one year and had never really been coached any of the basics like dribbling or shooting , and after only two sessions she looks like has been playing for years now it was shocking to see how much improvement can come from so little time

We booked a session with Earnie and our daughter had a great experience. Earnie does a great job relating to our daughter to where learning is fun. Our daughter insists that we book another session (which we are). Earnie is very knowledgeable and a great basketball trainer!

Awesome workout with Earnie! She's got the knowledge with all her experience playing at UT and overseas. She came prepared with a workout plan and followed-up with a recap of everything we did, which is nice! I only wish we actually video taped all the moves with my iPhone!

Outstanding! She had my son handling the ball incredibly well with just one lesson. We will continue to work with her when she is back from a hopefully a very successful pro season. Thanks

Great first workout. Very professional and made it fun at the same time. Looking forward to the next session.
