I have coached a high school freshmen/sophmore summer team for Loyola Academy in Wilmette, IL for one summer. I have also done some personal one on one coaching in Providence, RI (during college) and in Seattle, WA while playing for Seattle Sounders

Will run drills that I have done in both college and in the MLS.
Can also tailor sessions to what the player wants to work on the most!
Start with warm up which will include ball work (dribbling through cones, one and two touch passing through cones while working on agility as well.
Then focus on technical ability - more ball work specific to player's position (ex. winger work on dribbling at pace around cones, defender work on first touch and crossing, etc.)
Play some type of fun game that can include what have previously learned (soccer tennis, soccer darts, etc.)
