More About Coach Dylan

I have worked with Plattform. Typically working with middle age clients. Promoting a healthier lifestyle using combination of exercises in circuit training. Also, I have worked with kids and teens through a strength and conditioning program for baseball. I am certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer. I will acquire my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May.

I played recreational baseball for 8 years. I’ve been playing golf for 10 years. I have worked in the golf industry now for 5 years. As well as trained on my own for the past 10 years.

In the beginning I will take a client through some biomechanical assessments such as shoulder rotation, upper body rotation, lower body rotation, balance, and full body strength. Depending on the results of the assessments I will then walk them through some corrective exercises for any impairments the client may have. Also, a typical workout includes a warm-up followed by circuit training and ending with a cooldown. I will also work with flexibility and balance/coordination.
