Client Expectations:

Sessions usually run 50-60 minutes. I believe in a good and sharp session, one where the player is mentally and physically locked in for a certain amount of time to reach a certain threshold. Any more time then 60 minutes, the mind begins to lose interest and body doesn't react accordingly.

0-10 minutes: A warm up is conducted getting the mind and the body connected. We want to wake up the feet and do a dynamic warm up in which I will do it with the player. Dynamic warm up consists of footwork, sometimes through cones or ladder and quick ball work.

10-25 minutes: Ball work continues, drills will be different each session but also use of consistent drills will help the client develop muscle memory and hone in on the skills to be successful. Drills would include volley's back to hands, laces back to hands, and passing development to small goals.

25-35 minutes: Back to footwork and dribbling; this helps the mind remember how to perform the skills in a fatigued state. When we are tired physically, the mind is the first thing to go. Therefore, practicing those skills when in a tired state will build muscle memory as well as muscle fitness so that the player, when fatigued, remembers to focus harder and it becomes second nature.

35-55 minutes: Player then focuses on a skill of the day. Their position such as a defender, midfielder or attacker will designate which skills are worked on. It may be one v one defending and the principles of how we defend, or ball striking. Just depends on the day. I believe a player should be good in all aspects because if someone can play multiple positions well, it sets them up for success as they grow up.

Water breaks will be given as well!

Client Reviews

My entire experience with Drew was amazing. Scheduling was easy because he communicated quickly to schedule a good day/time and even provided multiple locations to train that would be convenient for me.

He showed up early to our session and had an entire plan ready. We didn't waste any time trying to think of what would be next or what to set up. He had a plan and we followed it, only adjusting depending on how well I did in certain areas or if I needed extra work in other areas. He gave constant feedback as I performed the exercises and explained everything well if I seemed confused.

It wasn't just a kill session. We worked out hard but efficiently, taking breaks or slowing things down as needed to keep the quality up.

If you're looking for a great coach, definitely contact Drew. I'm planning on working with him for a long period of time to improve my game and be more competitive in the leagues I play in.

Drew was great with my 12yr old son. He worked with us on schedule time and was very organized when we arrived. He gave good information and kept things moving. Time wasn't wasted setting up drills. He had them set before we arrived. My son said he really enjoyed it and learned some valuable things. We will definitely book more sessions with him!

Did a custom session with my 2 kids, 5 and 7. I moved away to watch from a distance, not to distract. Coach Drew connected very quickly and they showed great enthusiasm and energy. They have showed increased interest and can't wait for the next session. Good reaction from the kids. I should have done this a while ago.

My son Blake just had his first session with Coach Drew. He had a blast and learned a ton. Looking forward to tomorrow. Thanks Coach!

Coach Drew was excellent with my daughter. He works with her at her level and demonstrates technical skills so that she is able to understand and duplicate. She said she enjoys his energy level and that he has taught her new skills she can use.
