I currently am a certified Level 2 official and coach with USA Boxing (the organization that oversees amateur boxing in the US). I have over 25 years experience in amateur Olympic-style boxing as both a competitor and Coach. I fought in the Golden Gloves in 2002 and have dozens of clients who have successfully competed in amateur events. I specialize in teaching the sport of boxing/self defense and fitness training to beginners, competitive athletes, corporate professionals, kids and anyone who wants to learn the techniques of competitive boxing, as well as getting in the BEST shape of their life!

We start with a total warm-up followed by boxing skills, development and muscle endurance. Boxing provides the ultimate total body workout while gaining fitness, endurance, stamina, and muscle tone. Learn the art of boxing so you can successfully spar with someone your own size and age, and possibly compete in an amateur event.

Coach Doug is awesome. I am extremely new to boxing and have a tough work schedule. This is my first time even putting on gloves but so far he has been great, I've only taken a few classes but already am noticing progress and his knowledge of the sport is unbelievable.
