With over 23 years of soccer experience as a player and coach, I bring a unique blend of expertise, international exposure, and academic knowledge to every training session. Competing at the collegiate level honed my tactical and technical skills, while playing in Italy, Germany, and Korea deepened my understanding of diverse soccer styles, training methodologies, and tactical approaches. This global perspective informs my adaptable coaching philosophy, aimed at inspiring and empowering athletes to reach new heights both on and off the field. I am currently pursuing a BA in Criminal Justice at UCCS alongside certifications in Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, and Nutrition. This combination of academic and professional growth allows me to develop disciplined, resilient athletes through structured, data-driven training focused on enhancing physical performance, mental resilience, and injury prevention. My Criminal Justice background further strengthens my ability to instill discipline, leadership, and accountability in every athlete I work with.

For over a decade, I have coached athletes of all ages and competitive levels, from youth recreational leagues to elite academy programs. My mission is to help each player become technically skilled, tactically aware, and confident both on and off the field.

I have played competitively in the California Soccer League across various divisions, including Silver, Gold, Elite, and Premier. Additionally, I have participated in the State and National Cup tournaments. My soccer journey also includes playing at the collegiate level, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the game. Competing in these high-level leagues provided me with the opportunity to play internationally, including in Germany and Italy, through my soccer club at the time. These experiences have significantly enriched my understanding of the game and exposed me to diverse playing styles and strategies.

With me, clients can expect a tailored training experience that focuses on improving specific technical skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. I begin with a dynamic warm-up to prevent injury and prepare the body, followed by skill-specific drills that target areas for improvement. The session will incorporate high-intensity exercises for fitness and agility, finishing with a tactical drill to simulate in-game situations. Each session is designed to challenge the athlete while fostering progress and confidence.
