I am a retired professional boxer myself. I boxed for 23 years altogether. As an amateur I was ranked #6 in the nation. In 1991 I was ranked #20 in the world as a pro. I have coached some kids for about 13 years, after I retired in 2001, I worked with kids age 10-20. I do not have any certifications, except 23 years of boxing experience.

Colorado Golden Gloves Champion 1986-1988. Regional Champion 1986-1988. In 1987-1988 I took 3rd Place in the nationals. I have fought in 24 different states both as an amateur and a Pro. I was outstanding boxer in the Golden Gloves both state and regional in 1987-1988. I was trying to make the 1988 Olympic team, but lost to Roy Jones Jr. I was inducted to the Colorado Golden Gloves Hall Of Fame in 2016.

First it's warm up time, with about 15 minutes of sit ups, jumping jacks, and running. Then its time to hit the focus hand pads, and then the heavy bag. then at the end of a workout it's time for warm down exercise, about the same thing as warm up.
