Barton Springs Jiujitsu started at Zilker Park, there we would host Barton Spring Lifeguards' open rolls, teach wrestling takedowns, Jiujitsu, and fitness lessons. My goal is to continue to thrive in the surrounding area by teaching fellow lifeguards, Austinites, and travelers the art of Jiu-jitsu.
I have been training Brazilian Jiujitsu for the past four years now and compete whenever the opportunity comes! My curriculum is a combination of Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and MMA to build the overall athlete.
Small and lite exercises can make big impacts, when we focus on stability, balance, breathing, and working under pressure, it allows us to get stronger so much faster.
