I've been a coach since the age of 14 years old. I started out coaching men's gymnastics then migrated to Women's gymnastics. My experience is coaching options mainly. However, I'm experienced at all levels. I had gymnasts qualify for TOPS, HOPES, Jr. Elite, and Sr. Elite. I coach level 1-Elite, NGA, and AAU. I've worked in Georgia for Roswell Gymnastics Ultimate Gymnastics and am now the Top Notch Training Center owner. I worked with ages ranging from 6-18+

I competed as a Class I gymnast, equivalent to Level 10. I also trained as an elite gymnast.
I competed for Gemini School of Gymnastics, Apollo School of Gymnastics, and Orlando Metro.

My clients can expect professionalism and expertise in all events of Women's gymnastics.
Depending on the athlete's need, the focus could be specific drills or techniques to refine the skill.
Typically, we will begin with learning where the gymnast stands on techniques and understanding the skill.
