More About Coach Denis
I started to coach gymnastic and trampoline in 1990. I'm originally from Montreal and certified gymnastics coach (up to national level) from the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). Otherwise I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, a valid certification of NCVPT Personal trainer and a valid adult CPR certification.
I have been a gymnastics coach for more than 20 years in 4 different gymnastic clubs in Montreal area and also at the University of Montreal. I worked with kids from 3 years old to adults and from recreational level to state competitive level. Also I was head coach of a gymnastics club from 2002 to 2004.
1998 coach of the year (all sports).
My gymnasts won many team and individual championships.
I am invested in your goals and my biggest accomplishment it is to help you reach your goals.
First we will discuss your health, your background and your personal objectives (specific gymnastics moves). Then I will develop a plan and a series of specific drills to help you reach your goals.
