Demetrius I.

I am a gym owner. I am taking classes to add more to my gym. My focus has always been on the child and their individual needs and not a meet or a competition. I have been called a problem solve and have been able to help everyone that I have coached to not plateau in their search to get better and perfect their craft. I have been doing this for over 15 years.

I have competed on a middle school and high school level. I went from there into coaching and preparing to have my own place and add to what I already know. I have acted as a assistant for many years to someone whom was also trained for the Olympics and also in power tumbling as well. After all of this and private lessons, I decided to get my own places

It is not as easy to spell out. Everyone is different and may even learn differently. I would, however start off getting some basic information both from the student and parent.I would build a report with the student. I find that it is very important that the one that I am training, be able to trust the coach. Go over the stuff and skills that they know and correct them from there. See any improvements I could make or what I can add as well.
