I am a retired professional boxer. I have trained fighters of all levels for over 30 years in NYC. Although most of my sessions are in a boxing gym in midtown Manhattan, I can come to you as long as I'm not leaving the boroughs - yet, anything can happen! I train adults, teens & men and women of all ages (children 13 and up) I am a nationally certified trainer with "USA Boxing" which is the national board governing amateur boxing in America.
I have competed and trained in all aspects of boxing, both Amateur and Professional. My fights were in Sands casino and the Trump casino. The accomplishments I've obtained in helping people reach their goals are irreplaceable.
My communication skills are above average. I stress proper form while executing step by step physical execution. I am bit of a stickler in regards to "technique". My attention on technique and training however never downplays a persons physical injuries. The desire to succeed is huge with all of us and my sessions are a reflection of my professionalism.
