More About Coach DeAndre
I have coached and trained athletes for the past 5 years. Ages typically range from 10 years old to 32 years old (NFL players that old). I started off in 2015 with my internship at Athletic Republic (St. Louis, Mo). I trained youth, collegiate, and professional athletes to help them with speed, agility, quickness, muscle building, and injury prevention. Now I train NFL guys, college, high school, and middle school athletes here in Dallas. I am also currently coaching varsity high school football. I have worked with DEZ BRYANT, KEENAN ALLEN, BRADLEY BEAL, CHRIS HARRIS JR., AJ BOUYE, TAYLOR GABRIEL, COREY COLEMAN, DEKODA WATSON, and many many other professional athletes.
I played football my entire life. I also ran AAU and high school track. As a wide receiver in high school my football team won back to back Class 6 state championships. Played football at the collegiate level at Central Missouri University. Pursued the NFL but things didn't quite work out. Now my job is to prepare athletes mentally and physically for the next level as they improve their athletic performance and skill. Accolades were Conference Honarable Mention Wide Receiver
Athlete can expect to improve speed, agility, strength, and explosiveness. Athlete will have a customized program based off of their off season goals. You will expect to decrease the risk of injury by going through my training program as well. Dynamic warm ups, sprinting, cones/ladders, position skill work, resistance training, and static stretching are all things to look forward to during training sessions. It's the formula on becoming a great athlete!
