I have coached indoor and beach volleyball for 22 years. My coaching experience includes working with athletes and teams at the college, high school, and elementary levels. I have increased my educational experience by attending USA Volleyball Coaching Clinics by John Kessel, and Olympic coaches Gary Sato, and Marv Dunphy.
I am USA Impact Certified in Indoor and Beach Volleyball and have coached USA Beach High Performance Tryouts.

I have played beach volleyball for over 20 years. Member of NOVA (New York State Outdoor Beach Beach Volleyball Association). Won numerous men's and coed doubles tournaments at the Open and AA level in Rochester N.Y. Played with and against some of the best players in New York and Canada. Indoor experience includes New York State Empire Games Open division.

A typical session would include a warm-up that utilized the net as much as possible, followed by specific drills and games that focused on the objective of the training session. In addition to observation I would utilize video and share this with the athlete to determine which areas need improvement. Utilizing drills and games would challenge the athlete to play and develop at game speed. An addition to the training session, I would capture some video of the athlete performing correctly and email them so they can watch themselves performing the skill correctly.
