10 minute warm up and dynamic Stretching with the ball. High intensity, game related technical and tactical work in the following areas: 15 minutes 1st touch and ball mastery, 15 minutes dribbling and beating an opponent, 15 mins passing, 15 mins shooting. Done at game speed with emphasis on the game related insights into the elite player and game situations.
