I have over 14 years of Coaching, Program Management, and Experience developing athletes of all levels in the sports of Boxing, Army Combatives and MMA. I love working with adults and children alike. I have a passion for pushing my students to overcome and succeed with each and every goal they set. We do this in a very practical and individualized program. Together we learn a lot, laugh a lot, and push toward the goal, driving over whatever obstacles remain in our way.

Officer - US Army's World Class Athlete Program I have developed training programs and have refined my coaching strategy since 2003.

Sessions consist of a 3-5 min. Warm up a mix of Cardio Exercises + Shadow boxing + Head and Footwork
45 min. of timed speed and power drills executed for 2 or 3 min. rounds depending on the clients current conditioning level and future goals.
10 or 12 min of technical teaching completing the workout with abs and cool down.
