MY background in Sports is based in Martial arts and fitness. I got my Black Belt 1 degree in Kick Boxing and Takewondo. About fitness I been lifting and teaching and training people for the past 7 years. I also took classes in High school about nutrition for 4 years. I used to teach in a Academy and Still Coaching in a gym. What I focus the most is to help my student to reach his goal. I wanna help them reach their body goals. I want them to develop their knowledge in The fitness world. I want them to become That person they always dream of.
