Goalkeeper specific coach. Professional Goalkeeper with the Sacramento Republic FC. Have coached many camps from age U6-U18. 4 years professional experience.
Competed at the University at Albany, winning two America East conference titles and making the sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament. Professional Goalkeeper whose played with Nashville SC, Pittsburgh Riverhounds, and currently Sacramento Republic FC.
A typical hour Goalkeeper session will be 15 minutes of warming up (footwork, with some handling to ease into the Goalkeeper session) followed by 30 minutes of intense goalkeeper drills working on specific things that I believe need to be improved, followed by 15 mins of shot stopping and reaction based drills to bring a more game-like feel to the session.
