I typically work with middle school aged or high school level athletes who have some experience playing on a club team.
I played collegiately for the APU Soccer Team and earned the following awards: Defensive Player of the National Tournament, MVP of the National Tournament, All American.
I then played Semi Pro Soccer for the San Diego Sea Lions where we earned the National title in 2013.
I work athletes to improve on the following
-skill
-technique
-speed
-endurance
-core
In a typical session you would see juggling, dribbling, passing accuracy, heading, trapping, movement off the ball, offensive and defensive work, as well as speed, endurance and core work.
An athlete will also be trained on how to prepare mentally and physically for matches.
