I plan each lesson based on the skater's individual needs. Many of my students come to me 3+ times per week to give them a comprehensive & balanced training program. I build on ice success through off ice strength. Depending on the skater, I may recommend 15 minute-1 hour long lessons. If a skater is looking to compete seriously, I will structure my lessons and schedule based around the competition season. If a skater is looking to have fun and enjoy time on the ice, I will structure their lessons around on-ice games that teach skaters how to skate in a low-stress environment.
