I have been a hitting instructor since 2013 where I have worked with athletes from the age of 6 to 22. I love working with any age group and through the years have learned that each athlete learns differently. Along with being a hitting instructor I also have coached at the middle school and junior college levels. Being a coach helped me grow as an instructor and taught me how to connect with the athletes that I work with.

I was a four-year Varsity Athlete in high school where I received 2nd team all-league my freshman and sophomore year. In my junior and senior years, I received 1st team all-league. After high school, I went on to play at Iowa State University on a full-ride scholarship. I played against some of the top players in softball and learned how to handle any situation that I was faced with.

A typical session with me will consist of one on one guidance focused either on hitting or fielding. With each client, the approach will be different based on skill level and knowledge. Not every athlete learns the same so I will plan drills that are focused to each client. The first session will be about getting to know the athlete and what they want out of the session, this will allow me to tailor their sessions to them. Clients should come prepared to work and get better.
