More About Coach Cynthia
I have been boxing while serving and then retiring out of the military for the past 15 years. I’m very passionate about the sport and will do everything in my power to ensure your success. I am also a certified fitness coach with many transformations from clients aimed to not only change the body but the mindset. I teach all levels and walks of lives from children as young as 7 to men/women as old as 70 how to live a fit lifestyle with the understanding that health is wealth.
I am a level 3 boxing coach trained by none other than Solver Olympic medalist Tony Jeffries at Box n Burn Academy. I mainly teach new boxers the basics, and education around boxing.
We always take 5-7 min to warm up as to not injure ourselves during a workout. As a certified fitness trainer, 22 year Army retired combat veteran, and level 3 boxing coach, you will learn footwork, stance, head movements, punch combos for beginners as well as advanced learners. You will learn how to shadowbox, punch with mitts, heavy bag techniques, as well as speed bag.
