Coach Stiggie is awesome! My 13 yo daughter LOVED her. She is kind of shy and takes a while to bond with people, but I could tell from her body language and facial expressions during their first lesson that she really took to Coach Stiggie and respected her. As soon as we got in the car she asked when her next lesson would be. She is very knowledgeable, not only about the sport, but about how to effectively coach and teach young players that may not have a ton of experience. We will definitely book all of our private lessons with Coach Stiggie!

Coach Stiggie was excellent. Daughter needed some polishing prior to high school tryouts and Coach Stiggie help get her ready. She teaches both Volleyball skills and conditioning to prepare the athletes. Thanks Stiggie we will be using her again.

I want to start by saying she is a great person as well as coach. Her personality from the picture to the court to off the court is first class.
Best volleyball coach period on CoachUp.

She was very professional in dealing with me as a parent and dealing with my daughter.

She has a true understanding of what it takes to enhance volleyball players. I even learned during the training sessions just by watching because she is that detailed and that good.

If you don't understand what she is talking about she is very enthusiastic and hands on and she will show you what she is meaning.

Her resume is just a plus to her energy in volleyball. If you watch the sport of volleyball, they're always speaking of energy, and she has that volleyball energy, yet she is still fun and relatable.

She is a passionate coach. My daughter enjoyed every session. My daughter has already done 4 sessions so far and I plan to book more throughout the year.

If you want lasting results work with coach stigs.

Thanks coach Stiggie!

Coach Stigler has been great. She is very talented and is also an effective teacher. She shows the individual what they are doing wrong and what they need to correct but at the same time builds on their strengths.

Coach did a good job with our 1 st session. She picked up on what my daughter was lacking and where she needed improvement right off the bat. We look forward to more sessions with her.

Crystal is amazing!! I would recommend her to anyone. My daughter has never played volleyball. Coach Crystal has giving her more confidence in herself. She has learned so much within the last three sessions, it's amazing to watch how far my daughter has come. Thanks Coach Crystal!!! I think she will be ready for tryouts!

Coach Crystal is a great choice for our daughter. Our daughter has already begun to develop a sense of confidence and better understanding of the sport. Coach Crystal is a comfortable and professional person to deal with and our daughter loves her!

Crystal was great with my daughter. She was very relaxed in her methods and my daughter really enjoyed the lesson.

Coach Crystal did an excellent job for our first practice. My daughter had never played sports and was scared to try. After one session with Coach Crystal she is excited about playing volleyball her 7th grade year. Thanks Coach Crystal!!! Keep up the great work!

Crystal exceeded my expectations! Excellent Coach!

Fabulous first session! Energetic, thorough and smart. Gave plenty of good direction. Will do this again.

My daughter had her first session with Coach Crystal yesterday. I could already see the difference! Coach Crystal helped her break some habits she had already begun to develop. There was tons of repetition, which was really good for her. She asked her several questions throughout the session, that made her accountable for figuring out what she was doing wrong. I thought that was great! Dani loved her and said she learned a lot! We will definitely be booking more sessions with Coach Crystal.

I learned a lot the 1st day of working with coach Crystal I had fun and enjoyed it and I look forward to learning more!

It was hard to keep in the low squat position but my Abc's are helping! And it was very frustrating serving because I haven't served in a while but thank you so much for helping me!
