I’ve been training with Cristina for almost 4 months now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I am training twice a week, on a personal one-on-one sessions and really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions.
Cristina is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.

Cristina's style is warm and personable. She challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. She listens well to your needs and is both educational and supportive. She is a great personal trainer in large part because she's an excellent teacher. Her personal training sessions have taught me how to create a varied and effective workout. Cristina consistently explains why we're doing what we're doing. She is very proactive too and make every workout a different experience! She also provides good information about healthy diets and wellness that are useful in everyday situations as I am always traveling for work.
I really enjoyed training with Cristina. I liked her exercises and her knowledge. The workout was well thought through and my body felt stronger and better after the training. Although I had worked on my muscles before after I have trained with Cristina I really felt the difference. I also liked a lot that she checked on doing the forms correctly to prevent us from injuries. I trained in her in her home studio, which is great. Cristina is also very nice and working out with her seems easy an fun. I will be back for sure and I also would recommend her to friends and family!
Cristina is very good at her job. She always listens and modifies the exercises based on customized needs.

Cristina is a great professional! I am in agreement with her suggestions since I also am aware of my body and since I was looking for one that can continue to take care of it more in depth I found myself happy with Cristina. I am in a good shape without forcing my back since I have an herniated disk that is enabling me to work out as I would. And I have a lot of fun, too!
When I trained with Cristina, I found the experience both fun and physically rewarding. It was a combination of cardio and strength training and Cristina made sure that everyone was using the correct form to prevent injuries. If I still lived in Michigan I would still be training with her.

First of all she has a huge knowledge about body parts and how to make them to work properly. I had back problem and she helped me a lot to alleviate my back pain and make my core stronger!
Cristina is also a very good counselor in terms of diet and how to combine different food and portion control!
She has been always consistent with her schedule, she never cancelled a class or postponed a class, and you pair for 1 hour and you get 1 full hour!!
Believe me this is a precious thing since in my other experiences I had a personal trainers that constantly changed the schedule and I never got a full hour!

Cristina has been doing personal training for me for about 6 months and I’m so pleased with the results. She is a great motivator and encourages me the whole way through our session. She also helps me with nutritional advice and gives me good ideas for food ideas. She is very aware of how to help me with some of my medical issues (I have back problems) and does a workout session designed just for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone ...you won’t be disappointed- she is amazing!
I had a previous trainer who was not really caring about my goals and was more doing whatever exercises was provided by his software.
I can feel that Cristina prepares each training session with care and customizes it so I can reach my goals. She is always on time and can adjust her schedule in a short notice which is extremely important to me.
I have recommended Cristina in the past and will continue to do so as she is the best trainer I ever had!
