More About Coach Cristian

I have 12 years of experience in football training at all ages and levels. Start in 2004 with children ages 5 to 7, in 2006 I was in charge of a team of children from 9 to 11 years old. In the year 2011 I had children from 11 to 13 years old, in 2012 I was in charge of 18 year olds. Finally, from 2013 to 2016, I worked in a club with a methodology of football training clinics with groups from 5 years old up to groups over 18 years old.
I have experience in children and young beginners directing teams in sports training tournaments, I also have experience in children and young people at competitive level in the soccer league tournaments of Bogotá - Colombia, also experience with young high performance athletes in national tournaments U 17 and U 20.
I started at the CK Student Sports Club in Bogota - Colombia from 2004 to 2010, in 2011 I worked for the Caterpillar Motors Club of Bogota - Colombia, from 2011 to 2013 I worked for the Banfield Colombia Sports Club, and from 2013 to 2016 I worked for the Compensar company in Bogota - Colombia.
My specialty is the technical foundation of the soccer player, and this component of football training can be developed and improved at any age.
I am a graduate of physical education and sports at the Universidad Libre de Bogotá - Colombia, I am also a children's soccer instructor and technical soccer director of the Argentine Football Association.

My experience as an athlete was not as a footballer but as a speed athlete, I competed in the speed athletics district championships, repeatedly being on the podium. After retiring from athletics, I played soccer at the university within the internal tournament.

A training session is divided into three major parts, the first is body warm-up using various activities with the ball and various didactic elements. Second part is the central activity of the session where the technical, tactical and physical component that has been planned for the session is emphasized. The third and final part of the session is the return to calm, where muscle stretching, lowering of heart rate and feedback are performed.
