My sessions will be the most challenging & rewarding hour. My sessions are built on progressional/fundamental drills that develop their mental & physical abilities. Video Analysis will also be used to show athletes mechanics.

While working with Coach Courtney, I gained more power with my swing. As a catcher she taught me the right way to throw down to each base. Most importantly she taught me to NEVER GIVE UP!
