My experience of training athletes includes personal trainings conducted at a park or field with girls as young as 9 and as old as 15. I have worked with a variety of levels but most include girls who know minimal information about the rules of soccer. However, I have also worked with girls who have some experience but are still in need some skill improvements. I have not worked for a company before. I usually find clients that are local. I do not have any certifications but have had many trainings myself throughout my life and competed at the collegiate level.

I played club soccer for 9 years of my life then excelled to compete at the collegiate level. I went to West Torrance High School and played on Varsity as a Freshmen (one of very few who received this opportunity). I then pursued my soccer career at Sonoma State University and played 4 years.

A client can expect to work on a multitude of tactical skills including an emphasis on the clients most wanted help. I focus on specific drills usually in the beginning in order to get the body warm and allow the feet to move faster. Drills can include: agility, ball work, skill work, etc. Techniques are corrected along the way. If there is something that I see could help the client perform the drill better I will mention it and then help the client by showing them. I never mind the client's skill level as long as the client works hard. The more effort the client gives the greater time and worth they will get out of it.
