I have coached athletes of all ages and levels and I am a USA accredited field hockey coach. I have coached clinics in various places around the US. I own my own training academy called TopNotch in which we conduct not only sports specific training but also other multisport trainings such as speed and conditioning.

I am from Ohio and was a two-time All American out of high school and continued my athletic career at the University of Maryland. While at Maryland I was an ACC Tournament Champion, 3x Big Ten Regular Season Champion, 2x Big Ten Tournament Runner-Up and a Big 10 Tournament Champion. I also competed in the NCAA Final Four.

A typical session will focus on the specific skills the player needs. We will run through drills that help break down skills in a way that is easy for the player and results in higher rates of success. In the training, we will also do conditioning and strengthening. It is my philosophy that in order to be the best player you want to be you need to train all aspects of the game.
