I am a graduate of the University of Findlay where I played on their Men's Volleyball team from 2001 - 2004. During my playing time I helped with preparing our women's team for competition. Moreover, I worked with the Premier and Oiler Attack USA Volleyball club teams. When I graduated I moved down to Atlanta where I trained players with TCA. Our girls won 2 state championships in 4 years. I also did camps with Samford University, Purdue, and Georgia Tech. During the Summer of 2007 I was able to work with the USA Pan American coaching staff during the time they prepared their players and trained at Georgia Tech University for their international competition schedule. The players that I coached went on to play at universities such as Georgia, University of South Carolina, University of Central Florida and Grambling State.
In November of 2008, I moved back home to Chicago where I was the head coach of Depaul's club team and lead them to the NCVF National Tournament in 2009. In 2010 I started a club that holds the purpose of servicing the young women in the City of Chicago. We are 360 Sports Academy. Our goal is to provide quality volleyball training for girls in the city that can't afford the other clubs. Our girls have been told by someone at some time that they were not worth the efforts to train. Since 2010 we have taken these girls and placed 70% into college on scholarship. Majority play at the Division II level or lower. I did place a player into a division 1 program after one year of club volleyball.
My system is based on the processes created by Gold Medal Squared. As recently as this past summer I was down in Indianapolis working with Hugh McCutheon (Head Coach of the University of Minnesota), Jason Watson (Head Coach of Arizona State), Katie Wilson (Assistant Coach of Notre Dame) and Carl McGown (Former Head Coach at BYU). I am always working to make sure that I am on the cutting edge of volleyball training and use all of these coaches as my sharpening block.

All practices are player specific. Practices are geared around specific needs of the athlete. The first session begins with an evaluation and conversation with the athlete to create the future training strategies.
