Warm up: Ground Based Mobility - Usually around 10-12 exercises/Drills
Dynamic Mobility: 10-12 Drills
Activation: Elastic Series and Bounce Series with Quickness
Drills: Acceleration Drills / Max Velocity Drills
Accels: End of warm up we accelerate 2-3 times
Training Segments start after the warm up is complete.
