In each session, your child will work through dynamic stretching, agility drills, plyometrics, and technical training with the ball, all designed to build both skill and endurance. For younger athletes, I focus on the core foundations—agility, balance, coordination, and basic techniques—ensuring they develop the right habits early. As they get older and more advanced, the training becomes more intense and tailored to help them compete at higher levels. Every session is personalized, starting with a full assessment in our first meeting to understand exactly what your child needs to grow.
